III. 병태생리
1) toxin의 체내 축적
1. 주로 단백질과 아미노산의 대사산물이 축적
2. 이들은 정상적으로 신장을 통해 배설되는 물질
3. peptide hormone들이 신부전과 함께 ↑
(∵크게 손상된 신장의 이화작용과 증가된 분비 때문)
2) cellular function에의 effect
1. cell membrane을 통한 ion transport의 장애
→ intracellular Na↑, K↓ → transcellular electrical potential↓
2. Na-K-ATPase activity↓
3) metabolism에의 effect
1. hypothermia
2. CHO metabolism
- 당대사 능력 손상 → FBS는 n`l 또는 약간 ↑
→ ∴ CRF의 glucose intolerance는 특별한 치료를 필요치 않음!
